- Enriched Academic Modules: The project will result in the development of teaching materials that enrich the content, aims, and learning outcomes of undergraduate and postgraduate modules. These materials will integrate traditional arts such as weaving, embroidery, and knitting into the curriculum, providing students with a deeper understanding of cultural heritage and its relevance to contemporary fashion design.
- Fostered Research: The project will stimulate research on the history of culture and traditional arts, particularly weaving, embroidery, and knitting. This research will contribute to the preservation and promotion of these art forms, which are at risk of disappearing. It will also provide valuable insights into the cultural significance of these arts and their role in shaping vocational opportunities and professional development for youth.
- Enhanced Understanding of Culture and Art: Through its focus on traditional arts and their connection to contemporary fashion design, the project will contribute to a better understanding of the role of culture and art in youth vocational opportunities and professional development. By showcasing the potential career paths in fields related to traditional arts and fashion design, the project aims to inspire and empower youth to pursue vocational training and professional development in these areas.
- Improved Trainer Training: The project will enhance trainer training through the development of innovative pedagogical approaches and methodologies. Trainers will gain practical experience and new didactic approaches necessary for implementing the project’s new modules. This will contribute to their continuous professional development and enhance the quality of education in their respective institutions.
- Regional Collaboration and Internationalization: The project will reinforce collaboration links between countries in the Western Balkans and EU partner countries. This regional focus will promote collaboration and knowledge exchange, enhancing the sustainability of the project results. Furthermore, the project’s internationalization efforts will facilitate its potential applicability in other countries, contributing to the broader impact and sustainability of the project outcomes.
