Work Package 1: Project management and coordination- Lead “Universum International College” (UNI).
Description of WP1:
This work package is led by the Universum College who will take over the cross-functional functions of” management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting”. This task force will include overall operational and financial management and monitoring. The main activities that are part of the first part of the work package: preparation and implementation of the project management plan (result-oriented project management, coordination of partners and conflict management by organising regular consortium meetings for operational and financial management, financial planning and control, knowledge management and documentation.

Work Package 2: Creation of the modules- Lead Mother Teresa University (MTU), coo lead- Harokopio University of Athens (HUA).
Description of WP2:
This work package will involve market actors, through non-academic partners that participate in the project, to define the needed traditional arts competencies and to tailor the curriculum and module content while considering international recommendation from accrediting bodies relating to course design. In the WP2, HUA will develop modules and the train-of-trainers concept in order to build capacities among the academic staff to deliver traditional arts-based courses in the fashion department.

Work Package 3: Piloting and Evaluation- Lead University of Prishtina (UP), Co-lead Polis University (U_Polis).
Description of WP3:
In this work package, we will pilot and evaluate all courses in Kosovo and Albania. We will also develop a sustainability plan for the two countries for further roll-out of the courses. During the WP2, there will also be a train-of-trainers workshop that will be organised in Northern Macedonia.

Work Package 4: Quality Plan- Lead Polis University (U_POLIS).
Description of WP4:
This work package will focus on quality assurance and evaluation of project activities and results. First, the Quality Board and the Quality Plan will be created to be followed by Internal monitoring and evaluation of project activities and results as the key tasks during the entire project implementation. Continuous quality assurance and evaluation reports will be produced for every WP. This work package will contribute to controlling the quality of the training materials, including the theoretical and practical training components. This will ensure that the training materials are relevant, effective, and engaging for the target beneficiaries. Also, this WP will evaluate the effectiveness of the partnerships that have been established with industry partners and other stakeholders. This will ensure that the project is aligned with current industry trends and demands, and that the outcome of the project is relevant and useful for the industry.

Work Package 5: Dissemination and Sustainability- Lead European University of Tirana (UET).
Description of WP5:
This work package is dedicated to dissemination and exploitation of the project`s results. Activities in this work package will start with the development and execution of a Dissemination Plan and Sustainability Strategy. For this purpose, several communication and promotion tools will be used for promotion, dissemination and exploitation of the project and its results such as a project website, intranet tools, promotional materials, events with relevant groups. A remarkable output of this work package is the Final Dissemination Conference. The overall objective of dissemination is to inform main target groups about the objectives, the evolution, the products, and the results of the project, to make the results and deliverables available to the target groups and to the wide audience as well as to the local actors. Dissemination also increases the visibility of the project and ensures sustainability beyond the project end.
